Power: She can read minds, can cast illusions, and from a single touch she can learn your every thought and feeling. All of her powers are based in the mind, she can cast illusions but in reality your not really there. She could show you a jungle, and you'd feel the water spraying on you and you inhale the moist air. She can read your every thought when she wants to but normally it's just a low hum in the back of her mind. When she touches your skin she learns what you've done, felt, imagined, thought, heard, tasted in the last 4 hours. The only down side to it is it can be over powering and she can't actually touch anyone, skin-on-skin, unless she wants to gain that information. There has to be cloth in between her and another person, other wise she could send the into a coma or even knock them out. When she's reading minds, she can only read them when they are in her range. (Which is 50 yards or 150 feet.) And its the same with her illusions, if she was 3 miles away she couldn't show you an illusion nor read your mind, she has the same limitations that her mind reading does. (50 yards... 150 feet.)
Costume: She wears a dark black mask that fits over her eyes, and a blue head-band that helps keel her hair out of her eyes. Wears her long hair in a high pony-tail. Has black, loose pants, and a black shirt with blue markings around it. She also wears dark blue sneakers.
Everyday Appearance:
She has very light brown hair and deep brown eyes. Her face is soft and is very pale. She has long bangs that frame her face, but never goes in front of her eyes. She normally holds her hair up with a pink or red ribbon. (kinda like this)
Personality On and Off the Streets: When she's a superhero, she tends to hide, and stay behind the scenes. She doesn't like to show herself she prefers use her powers in the alleys instead of in the middle of a battle.
Everyday she's happy, go-to kind of girl. She is always there in the middle of everything, putting in her input. She always loves a laugh and enjoys helping others. She has a very strong 'character' and will never back down from a fight whether it be verbal or physical. She sometimes says things as if she's quoting somethings, and most of the time she's not. She is great at lying. Doesn't like to cry in front of people. Is not very tolerant of pain.
History: Her father and brother were killed in a house fire when she was 3. And her mother and her step-father were also killed, but in a car accident. She was put into child services until she turned 18. While several times she was adopted, she always did something to make the 'parents' angry or did something to be sent back. Most of the time through out her childhood she felt unloved and very unwanted. Will not talk about her past to anyone but maybe a close friend or two, when topics like that come up she's always the one saying nothing.
