Super Affiliation: Good guy (the Fiction Group)
Powers: Rain is a mage/warlock. He found out he could do magic when he was nine years old, and decided to fight some crime. He can use his powers using only his mind, but he finds it easier to use his powers when he channels it through enchanted objects. I.e., crystal ball, wand, staff. Sometimes his magic needs a spoken spell, other times not. He can do many things, but he has his limitations. He can't bring people back from the dead, for one thing. (the other limitations, please be in the weakness..)
Costume: Rain wears old-fashioned gray cloth pants and shirt with a gray mask that covers his entire head (thin cloth makes the eye holes., think Spidey!) with knee-high soft gray, leather boots. He also wears a long cape that has a hood, and yeah. It's a lot like Moon Knight's costume, but here's the difference: no symbols, and all of the cloth (when put on) gets enchanted so it acts like an armor (though the appearance and texture stay the same) and it shines a dull silver. Rain has yet to perfect this spell, so his skin, hair, and eyes end up silver too.
Everyday Appearance: Rain has pale skin, pale gray eyes, and deep-coloured gray hair. The doctors have yet to discover why his hair grows that way, but for now, Rain's okay with it. His legs seem slightly out of proportion with the rest of him. They're slightly longer and thinner than they should be. His irises are larger than the average person's, and he's just skinny. He's around 5 foot 4 (still growing). He has a narrow face and long fingers.
Personality On and Off the Streets: On the streets (when in tights) Rain is very cold and doesn't talk much at all. He takes his job seriously, but finds it hilarious that he can play the mean one of the group. As mean and cold-hearted as he acts to other heroes, he is a valuable ally and would risk his life for his teammates. Off the streets, Rain is the jokester. He's a fun-loving, girl dating, video game loving, guy. He prides himself in being one of the heart-breakers at his school, but he isn't TOO vain.
History: Rain comes from a BIG family. His parents had a thing for strange names, hence the whole 'Rain Before Oncoming Storm' thing. He has 7 other brothers and sisters, and he's the 3rd youngest of them. Rain thought it would be AWESOME if he became a super hero. He discovered his magic abilites when he was nine, when he got his sister out of a tree. He decided that the world was just dowright HORRIBLE, so he decided to do something about, but at first he was on the fence about. Then, Danny Devinie disappeared, and more heroes showed up. Hero time!
