Finding things out for a change.

Haley rolled his eyes.
"Organism. HAH!..." He thought about it.
"Well... I guess that's true. I am an alien..."
He laughed softly.
"And I don't know much," he said to the console.
"I'm still young. Only 57."
The console 'whirred', and he grinned.
"True that."
He flicked a switch, and went up one of the many stairways thinking about sleeping.

Catherine widened her eyes a bit.
"The car can talk too?" she asked

Xavier nodded with a half-hearted grin.
"The program does, anyways. He just downloaded a portion of himself into the car's systems, and, here he is. He's in constant communication with the rest of himself, so he's never out of the loop."
He sighed.
"Yeah... My dad's most complex creation."
The car started driving.

Catherine raised her eyebrows in surprise.
"I bet. He sort of sounds like something to be proud of, though."

Xavier nodded.
"Yes, unlike that stupid, cheap knock-off at Dreyfus Industries."
Xavier pinched the bridge of his nose, and sighed.
"Where do I drop you off, if needed?"

Catherine shrugged.
"I've got nowhere to be at the time, I don't know anyone in this town much."

Xavier nodded.
His cell phone 'whirred'.
He pulled it out, and and read the message.
"Oh..."

Catherine looked at him with question.
"What?" She asked.

"Nothing, just... This tells me when something semi-significant is going down..."
He shook his head, then rapped the ceiling.

"Yes?" The car was talking again.

"Take us to Star City."
Xavier looked at Catherine.
"No, it's not there. I'm avoiding it. I've screwed up enough things as it is..."
The cell beeped again, and Xavier scowled at the message.
"And Haley's 'ttude is not amusing. He wants to see me there." His voice lowered to a mutter. "Damned Time Lords, knowing things."

Catherine nodded.
"What have you screwed up?" She asked.

Xavier suddenly looked up at her, his eyes flashing from ice blue to crimson.
"You need to leave," he said flatly, the tone of his voice cruel and mocking.
A true villain, he knew how to be. (OOC: Yoda, XD)

"Alrighty then," Catherine rolled her eyes in annoyance.
"If that's the way it is," she said under her breath. She opened the door in a hurried fashion, swing her legs out of the car, and climbed out of the car. She slammed the door behind her.

Xavier simply rolled his red eyes. Whatever had made him care had gone out the window.
"Yeah, yeah, don't lecture me," he said to the car as it resumed its course to Starford.

Catherine looked back with a bit of disgust in her eyes, then turned back around, deciding it wasn't worth it.
