Ruby's Wandering

Ruby always wanted to visit the UK so she just flew over there. She just kinda wandered around, bored.

OOC: Let's just say we're in London, shall we?

IC: Rain Tepps made his way down the busy street. Being a super villain had many unexpected perks, a wider range of power being one of them.
He passed Ruby on the street, not thinking much of her, since he was out of costume and had an illusion spell.
That, and, he didn't really know her.

OOC: Okay

IC: Ruby walked past many people, one of them being a man she didn't recognize but somehow seemed familiar. She didn't think much of it but after he passed she glanced back a few times, still wondering who he was.

Ruby looked back again and still felt as though he was familiar. She looked back once more and then turned around figuring it won't hurt anyone to figure out where he seemed familiar from.

A large gust of wind (uh) gusted overhead, but there was nothing there.

Rain glanced overhead, then upped his shield spell.
Dragon..
He glanced at Ruby, he feeling that she was looking at him.
"Hmm.."

Ruby realized that the man realized that she was looking at him and then she pulled herself into a nearby eating place so she wouldn't look suspicious.

Rain raised an eyebrow.
He willed himself to go intangible and invisible.

Ruby slipped into the eating place and sat down at a booth, suddenly realizing that she was hungry. The place smelled really good. She wondered about the man, and wondered if he was going to follow her now.

Rain walked over to the table where the girl had sat, and looked at her very close.
(Hmmm...)
She reeked of power.

Ruby waited for the waiter or waitress but apparently they were all preoccupied so she got up and left and just sat out on a bench in front of the eating place, still haunted by boredom.

He's invisible.

Oh. Lol.

Mark sat outside on a bench, ignoring the gaping tourists.
"Come on, Ruby." He said, waiting for her to come out of this place.
Bell would probably be pissed that they had used the teleporter to get here..but it was worth it.

Ruby looked up at Mark curiously.
"Okay.." She followed him, then noticed the gaping watchers, but ignored them. They were being kid of rude, staring at him like that.

"It's okay." He said, in response to her looking at them.
"I'm just worried about you..towards the photographers. What if a villain sees and tries to come after you?"

Ruby gulped, wondering if what he was saying meant...
"Yeah, that wouldn't be all to good. I'm sure I wouldn't any good to anyone if I was dead." Ruby smiled, looking up at Mark, she couldn't help but wonder how he was SO tall...

Mark smiled...which looked weird.
"Mr. Garza! Rockslide!" A small boy came up to him.
"Can I have your autograph?"
Mark bent over, took the pen, and wrote "Rockslide"
and then he rubbed his fingers together, and tiny bits of rock came off.
"C'ya, kid." He said, and the boy ran off squealing with happiness.
"Let's go somewhere private." He said, looking back at Ruby.

Ruby smiled at the little kid, adoring how much he admired Mark.
"Sure," She smiled and bit her lip, and her stomach flip-flopped.

Mark grabbed her hand(gently, I might add), and they went into an art museum.
"Nobody comes in here." He said, and he walked over to a table.

Ruby's stomach flip-flopped once again and she followed Mark into the art Museum.
"So, um, how did you become the way you are?" She asked curiously.

"Well, yeah." Ruby blushed a little, feeling weird.

"Whoa, that's pretty cool how they just showed up one day. Did you freak out when you saw it?"

Ruby suddenly felt sympathy for him.
"I'm sorry, that must have been really hard. What did you do after that?" Ruby looked deep in his eyes and could see some of his sadness.

"I'm so sorry, that must have been the worst." Ruby decided not to press on the circus, she wasn't sure she wanted to know but she wasn't focused on the past, the future is what matters.
