Costume: Her costume varies, depending on what sea animal she decides to be.
Everyday Appearance: She has short, blond hair with reed tips. She usually wears stripes and jeans, casual.
Personality On and Off the Streets:
ON: Very outgoing and isn't afraid to get in the middle of things. She takes every battle seriously, no play. She would LOVE to get rid of East and Rose, they remind her of Ruby and Erika.
OFF: A rebel. If someone tells her to do something, she does the opposite. She hates any adult or anyone who thinks they have authority over her. Normally if someone tells her that she can't do something, she'll do it just to tick them off.
History: When she was about three her parents got a divorce and she lived with her dad. Her dad remarried to a Ms. Sanders who had two kids already and Ruby was older. Ruby always tried to be the boss of everything (at least she though) and Hillary couldn't stand it one bit. Hillary has hated Ruby and Erika since and when her dad died her Step mom took over but about five years later she died of cancer and Ruby became boss. Hillary now despises Ruby even more and usually doesn't even sleep there.
