Memory Loss

A giant, flaming figure, bursting with energy flew towards the ground.
The giant star hit the ground, and left a 10 mile across crater.
Noah Jonas laid there, unconsious, as Nitro sunk back into his subconsious.

"You all right now?"
A man with auburn hair and fierce blue eyes stood a ways off.

Noah looked up, weirdly in his normal clothes.
"Y-yeah.." He said, shivering.
"W-where am I?"

"Alaska," the man said.
A few wolves howled.
"Where you from?"
There was something about this guy's eyes...

OOC: Careful...

Noah looked at the man.
Something was wrong with him, in his eyes.
"Uh, California." Noah said, slowly getting up.

The man raised an eyebrow.
"Well, you're a LONG way from home..."
The man chuckled softly.
"What are you gonna do?"

"I don't know..find a way to fly back home...on an airplane, or something." Noah said, maintaining calm.

"You could go the way you came."

"I don't exactly remember how I came...I guess the plane I was on crashed." Noah said.
He wasn't about to reveal his powers.

The man flashed a toothy, smug grin, one that could easily be compared with Whuf's (and I mean that.)
"Yeaah... Guess it did."
He shifted his feet slightly, like he was waiting for something.
"Women," he said.
"They love to keep you waiting."
He looked to the de-icing horizon.

Noah got up.
He pasted a smile on his face, something about this guy freaked him out.
But he couldn't exactly fly away.
Noah looked around.
"Can you show me the way to town?" Noah said.

The man shrugged.
"Beats me. Did I tell you, my name's Cody? Since it is, I figured that I'd tell you..."
He smirked.
"I like you. But not really. I'll... lead you into town."
He started walking in one direction.

Noah looked confused.
But he might as well follow the man..
Because I mean, hey, he could always fly away..

More wolves howled in the background, and Cody's attention was drawn to that for a few moments.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah... I know."

Noah looked up.
"You say something?" He said, even though he knew exactly what the man had said, and was creeped out, his curiousity got the best of him.

Cody shrugged.
"Nothing. Thinking out loud..." He smiled.
The wolves howled again, and he smirked.

Noah looked at the man once more.
He decided to take the chance.
It wasn't like the man had asked him his name..
Noah's suit flowed over his body, and he took off at the speed of light.

Cody grinned, and raised a device.
"Fun, fun, fun... The most wonderfullest thing about the chase is... There's always more that one."
He fired, a gray-ish-blur shot out, on an intercept course at the flying boy.
"At least... Soon."

Noah was flying, and then a blur streaked at him.
It was going fast, almost as fast as him.
He streaked through the air, his molecules dancing.
He felt a feeling of inertia, and felt sick that he has phased through a building by going too fast.
He stopped, and looked down at his watch.
5 seconds back.
This time travel thing was weird, and hard.
Noah kept going, and this time, he called for help.
"JD! Paul! Mark! Erika! Ruby! Help me! Track my location! Come on!" He said.
And then the blur hit him.
Barely, on the shoe, but enough to knock him down.
He hit a wall, and fell to the ground.
Unconsious.

Erika arrived, invisible and found Noah's body on the ground. She knelt down beside him and stayed on the lookout, and made sure he wasn't bleeding.

Noah kept his eyes closed.
"Make us invisible." He said, with a small mutter.
"And then hold your breath."

Paul landed.
"Noah, are you okay?" He asked.
He looked up, as a dome closed over the town they were in.
"I don't think we're leaving easily." He told Noah.
"Hey, Erika." He said.
(He can see your spirit, it's a long story.)

Cody just stood.
"Always more than one..."

Paul looked around.
"How do we get out?" He asked Noah and Erika, knowing that they had no clue.

OOC: DON'T MOVE. I'll be on tomorrow afternoon...

OOC: Haha, yeah, I'll be on around 4 eastern time

IC: Erika looked up and did as Noah asked, making them both invisible. Erika took his hand in hers and whispered,
"Its gonna be okay," Then she looked up at Paul.
"I'm not sure..." She replied to Paul's question.

A few flurries fell from the now-cloudy sky.
"Always more..." This was somehow an anthem for himself, since it'd had some unknown, mad meaning to him.
The wolves howled again, a piercing noise on the plain, and the man smiled.
He started walking as small, dark forms ran out of the woods a near mile away.

Lots of the 'dark shapes' broke off, many of them going towards the mountains, another small handful coming to a full stop, but one kept coming fast.
A large, black wolf came to stand next to Cody while whining a little.

Paul looked at Erika.
Noah stood.
"Looks like we're fighting our way out, kiddos." Paul said.

"Yes, Gage," Cody said to the wolf.
"I know, Gage."
Cody kept walking, Gage at his side.
"Why?"
